We accept suggestions/feedback regarding treatment, services or patient safety that might arise during your stay.

Functions of the Department

To assist customers in making their experience pleasant and comfortable by responding to enquiries and counselling.
To assist customers in admission and discharge process.
To assist the customers in estimating cost for their procedures.
Coordination with other departments in providing best care to the patients.
To assist customers in case of grievances and provide corrective actions within the time frame.
