Overview

The department is headed by Dr. Lalit Parida, Consultant Pediatric Surgeon. He has received his M.CH degree in Pediatric Surgery from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, INDIA. He has additionally done Clinical Fellowships in Pediatric Surgical Oncology from Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, New York, USA and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Memphis, USA.

The Department of Pediatric Surgery provides consultation services in Out-Patient Department (OPD) through a highly qualified and experienced Consultant, who carefully evaluates each patient. After diagnosing the disease, the doctor discusses available treatment and surgery options and recommends the most effective treatment. Inpatient and Emergency services are also available for Pediatric Surgical conditions.
