Nutrition department at Thumbay Hospital Fujairah, provides comprehensive nutrition services for in-patient and out patients of all age groups. Department offers comprehensive nutritional assessments, interventions and education to patients and families of the admitted patients in hospital. Nutrition department also provide high quality food services for the in patients according to their diets as prescribed by the treating physician.

Nutrition department aims to promote individualized medical nutrition therapy in multi-disciplinary approach to provide excellent nutrition care of the patients.
