  • Discounts can be availed on all In-Patient Procedures & Out-Patient Services (*T&C apply)

  • 10% Discount on Consultation
  • 5% Discount on IP Services Including Procedure (Excluding Consumables, Medicines, Implants & Blood Products)
  • 5% discount on Radiology Investigations
  • 10% discount on Dental Services & Procedures
  • 50% discount on Dietician Consultation
  • 50% discount on ECG

Terms & Conditions

  • All the rights are reserved with Thumbay Hospital, Ajman, at any point of time Hospital can change the terms & Conditions without informing the cardholder individually, and there will be no compensation paid off to the cardholder
  • This is a Non-Transferable card, only one person can avail the discount on which name it has issued
  • This card would be given to customers by allocating the Unique Identification Number
  • To avail the discount Card Holder must have to present his ID with Smiles Card
  • No discount shall be extended until the card is shown by the Card Holder
  • Thumbay Hospital will forfeit the card if the information provided by the cardholder found fake or false
  • Misuse of Smiles card will lead to cancellation of a card on the immediate basis
  • Thumbay Hospital, Ajman reserves all the rights to cancel the smiles Cards or Smiles campaign with immediate effect without informing the patients.
  • In case of Loss of Card or Stealing, immediately report to Thumbay Hospital Ajman after verifying the facts, a new card will be Issued to the customer after paying a Minimal amount of AED 10/-
  • No Promotional and any other discount will be clubbed with Smiles Card discounts
  • Cost of the card would be AED 10/-
  • In case of any dispute, first it will be tried to solve mutually if not then it will be raised to Ajman Court for the settlement
  • This card will be valid until 31st December 2018
  • These discounts will be applicable to Self Pay patients only (Not applicable for Medical tourism and Insurance)
