Thumbay Medical & Dental Speciality Centre Sharjah conducted FITNESS CHALLENGE SEASON 2 among employees as an example to stay fit and stay healthy. It was one month long challenge to motivate teamwork among the employees. The event was a grand success and saw active participation of all employees giving their best. It is their sheer commitment and participation which led to the grand award function to declare the winning teams and individual champions. Individual appreciation were given to all the stars among each group and also awarded Individual performer of the challenge.

Chief operating officer Dr. Manish Singhal said “It was really a fun and we were able to do it just because of the phenomenal team work. My heartiest congratulations to each and every one who have participated in the event and applause for all the winners and the winning team.”

Medical Director Dr. Shaju Philip said “I Request everyone to continue this activity and motivate yourself to stay fit and healthy. We have done this challenge to ensure everyone to get up from their chairs and be active.”
