Graduated from The Ajman University of Science & Technology (AUST), Ajman, United Arab Emirates, in the year 2006, she is currently working as a General Practitioner, Dentist at Thumbay Medical & Dental Specialty Centre, Sharjah, UAE, she also assist the Fourth year DMD students of Gulf Medical University, Ajman who are trained at Thumbay Medical & Dental Specialty Centre Sharjah,  Dr. Hadeel Mustafa has worked as an independent dental surgeon with expertise in diagnosis, treatment planning and performing all the routine as well as conservative and restorative dentistry procedures and had managed the Dental department of a multispecialty health Centre in Sharjah and Umm al-Quwain. She is actively involved in various dental public campaigns for spreading oral hygiene awareness programs.
