Our Department may be your first contact with the Hospital. We aim to provide a friendly and professional service.
The Outpatients Department is committed to providing a high quality service to all the patients.
Registration & Billing
- At the time of new registration file it is mandatory to provide the valid ID proof: Emirates ID/ Passport Copy/ UAE Driving License copy.
- Kindly arrive 15 mins prior to your appointment time for registering the visit.
- It is advisable to take prior appointment for OPD Consultation through our Call Centre 971 9 2244233.
- If you are coming late for more than 15 mins to your scheduled appointment time, then you will be served as Walk-in case. However, we will try our best to facilitate your consultation.
- If you are coming without appointment, then Front Desk Associates (FDA) will try to arrange your consultation subjected to the availability of doctors consultation slots.
- On every visit to the hospital for the consultation with doctors you have to register your visit at the Reception counter. So that the doctor will review your medical records.
- If you have any Referral letter from treating physician, kindly provide it at the time of Registration.
- If you are holding Health Insurance card, then it is mandatory to produce the Insurance card on every visit to the Registration counter as per the Insurance Policy.
- Followup/ Review policy (Self Payment):
- OPD Patients: Can avail One unpaid review visit within 6 days from consultation day for Specialist/ Consultant with prior appointment.
- Emergency Patients: Can avail 1 unpaid review visit within 3 days of their visit in Emergency Department.

- This will allow us to reschedule you sooner, as well as make use of the Specialist/ Consultant invaluable time, so as to serve another fellow patient.
- You can provide your E-mail ID at the time of Registration to know about Hospital Promotional Offers/ Events.
- If there is any change of Mobile Number, name change after marriage, New born baby name change, please intimate to our Registration desk to facilitate the better communication & updation of our database.
- Mode of payment: Self Payment, Visa, Mastercard, Corporates with authority letter etc.
